Also a handy tip would be to check what your heartrate is doining because if it’s 50 resting and spikes to 100 when standing yeh there is that

Only thing is you don’t want to consume to much carbs when injecting because the growth fights for insuline so less ideal

Will: Doesn’t matter hugely with rHGH. As its exogenous and bypasses the pituary. Just try and be as fasted as possible for 2 hours before and after, not a game changer if not though.

Hey guys for a 67kg 173cm 24yr old eating 1500cal a day with 6x weightlifting a week, and plateaued for 2months, what would be the smartest move? Push calories lower? Go to maintenance?
Had my metabolic rate just crashed to a point where 1500cal is the new maintenance?
If I was to push calories back to maintenance for a while to get out of the plateau, how on earth would I know my true maintenance if I am not gaining or losing weight atm?
Ps. I’m on Reta and Tesa/ipa, had great success going from 85 to 67Kgs, but now I’m stuck.
Any advice would be appreciated, thanks!

Also to add, I’m mostly happy with the weight I’m at, but Ive been trying hard to get rid of the remaining belly fat (I feel it’s not just loose skin as it is quite thick). I feel like it’s smarter for me to finish the cut before starting the bulk, but I seem to be struggling hard to get rid of the remaining belly fat while trying to preserve the muscle I have
