My ldl was 170. I dropped it to 110 by being lean. I dropped it to 70s with supplements and ezetimibe

More fuck ass assumptions. I do cardio. I eat clean, I am lean. It “should” be lower but it’s not bc genetics. Everyone in my family is fit and athletic and has worse LDL then me

You started off assuming that my diet was bad then you assumed I didn’t do cardio then you assumed that I didn’t genetically have high cholesterol. Then you assumed that I ended the bulk because my insulin sensitivity worsened.
