Do you guys recommend tirzepatide or Reta for weightloss? How much did you start with and how much did you lose in what amount of time? I’m looking to start tirzepatide but I’m not sure how many mgs I just want to lose 40 ish pounds asap 😝

Depends, Are you lazy and can't diet? If yes go tirz If you're in the gym multiple times a week and can diet go reta

Reta doesn't have as significant appetite suppression

Depends, it varies. My first injection was 1mg......could barely eat anything the first three days. Your weight has a lot to do with it. If you are big and heavy you're likely going to need more. But, compared to Tirz, the GLP-1 component of Reta is definitely weaker

I would start with Reta though if you haven't done any GLP-1. Try it and see.

Agreed with this, I just put it the way I did because people want to lose weight via not wanting to eat (like me) rather than work for it..

I got you. My experience with Reta and others I know that take it has been that it does reduce appetite enough to not make you want to eat like normal. But still allow some appetite so you don't crash. Still should eat something. Otherwise you're just tired and fatigued like crazy. Relying on just the ketones of your catabolized fat for energy is not fun!

Why start with Reta? Can you just list me some differences so I can understand and determine well? What’s the concern regarding not working out on Reta? Great help many thanks

You don't have to work out on Reta. If you are getting appetite suppression from Reta then you will eat less. You'll lose weight by virtue of being in a calorie deficit. But, trick is to get the dose right and NOT lean in too hard. This helps avoid fatigue and crashing and feeling like garbage while you're losing.

Just start with a vial of Reta if you're on the fence. If it doesn't do the trick then switch to Tirz.

Understood. And how to hone in dose? How do you know if it’s too much or too little?

Also, I’d like to understand the difference to make a reasonable judgement? you say if that doesn’t do the trick switch to tirz, implying tirz is stronger? And you source it here? Final questions, thanks

Yes I was wondering that too is tirz stronger? And is getting it from here reliable?
