Had somebody problems with customs in Germany, when the order comes from

Any experiences /problems to Finland? Do you ship first to eu then by land to destination?

When shipping to Finland, the package still goes to Germany first for customs clearance. After the clearance is done, it's then shipped to the final destination❤️

My friend ordered here over 20 Times and we split the Peps up ,i think 1-2 times Zoll(Customs) busted the Package but BBA support (@BBA_Mia) did a full refund .My Friend didnt get any Letters or Problems ,i think BBA support (@BBA_Mia) use 2 Different shippings were they ship it first into the EU without your Label than to the Customer that we get no Problems so i find it very very good .Im not sure if its right but i think it is so
