My last package got stolen from my doorstep once it was delivered. Hence why I’m dying to be able to track my package so I can see exactly when it’s arriving to be home

Try and figure out who the final courier is, BBA support (@BBA_Mia) might be able to tell you

Parcel lockers are not always supported by BBA, I don't know the ins and outs just I know that

Then will be keep an eye on it the next few days it should update BBA orders to aus all the time

I’ve got 3 auspost orders coming
Mine aren’t showing anything and saying unknown as well, even on auspost which I’ve never had before
Usually 5-7 days once clears customs depending what city it’s cleared and where you’re located as well

Same, received tracking 10 days ago. Aus post still showing unconfirmed #.
