Got my order, which is awesome, and also confusing
I got a letter from US customs a couple weeks ago saying they had seized the order. The customs letter was definitely a notice of seizure, not just a tariff bill. If the letter was a scam, it’s a weird one because it directed me to a .gov website to claim the shipment and pay the import duty (I threw the letter away)
Has anyone else experienced this - getting a customs seizure notice and then still getting your order? Were you able to still successfully order using the same address later?

was it perhaps an old order seized and the reship got through ?

No - Mia was setting up a reship for me but the original order came through before I was able to secure an alternate address. Not the reship.

One thing is that I stopped looking at the tracking link once I got the customs letter. If I had been watching the tracking link, I would have seen that the shipment was still moving (tracking didn't start updating until _after_ I got the customs letter)

Exact same for me. Customs letter said it was seized then 3 days later my order started moving and was delivered Friday.
That was the end of the thread
