If there's actually a shipping problem and the freight forwarder can't ship out then the freight forwarder should let BBA support (@BBA_Mia) know when they're going to start shipping again

Im waiting 21 days max on regular orders. It really doesnt matter. And a lot of times my tracking only shows from China Post to Canada. After that I see nothing the last few times. I dont sweat it. Once I see cleared customs I'm good

Ok I'm not a rep, but I spoke to the boss, I told him we would make an announcement this week if the freight don't start just so I can stop repeating lol

Yeah exactly it's annoying for you it's annoying for us. It would be much better to have better communication about what's going on

Yeah exactly I know you guys aren't the ones just holding on to orders just because you feel like it. BBA support (@BBA_Mia) are annoyed, everybody's annoyed. It would be nice to get a solid answer from the freight forwarders

Cuz right now I'm in the complete dark. All I know is that my package hasn't been shipped and it's been 3 weeks

Give it another week, if nothing you know what to do.

The USA order was shipped out very quickly and I got it in a few days for what it's worth

I think it will but I also think it might get worse in the future also, lots of new regulations coming in world wide
