Some stimulant with an energy drink( preferably 200mg+ caffeine ) seems to do the trick

Vyvanse ❤️ much easier to get prescribed. Also has no side affects

Mine was rejected by insurance said it needed prior approval but adderal xr was instant

focalin is the best ever, dex-amph is nice too, ritalin is ok
