Yes gh increases few inches my nose ears and penis. Big muscle 💪 tho. Wife say at 60 when my nose longer than penis she leave me

I've had weeks where I lost weight on 1mg reta, or 4mg tirz. Then I also had a couple weeks where I gained weight at 8mg tirz, or 8mg tirz+ 2mg reta.

Nothing changes the base rule or nature - eat higher than maintenance, gain weight. Eat lesser, lose weight.
