Don't think they're tested for endotoxins but it's compounds that bacteria release when they die
If their stuff had endotoxins or bacteria no one would buy from them, it’s a very big thing to fuck up sterilization, must have proper protocols
Uther had the highest endo I've ever seen people will still buy from him, the amount of endos needed to causes issues is crazy high
I could be remembering incorrectly but I do believe there is a threshold and it's not always avoidable. Even at my work we use ultra pure grade water for reagent reconstitution and they can only state <x cfu/vol and not zero
