Yessss 100%. Yet they would rather ruin their hormones and potentially health by taking AAS etc. It’s amazing what good nutrition and weight training can do

They still need time to learn nutrition, training, rest and recovery, grow naturally for a few years. No point jumping on a cycle when half assing everything else
