In an absolute sense, if you consider, protein, carbs, fats, you could eliminate only one of these and survive long term.

They’re not “unneeded” they are the most efficient source of energy we consume from food. It’s very basic

Unneeded for survival maybe but not for living a normal life and/or building muscle

Technically a couple studies have been done, proving carbs do nothing for muscle building, unless you're doing super high volumes of 10 to 20 sets per muscle in a single training session. Otherwise your stored glycogen, and fat handle your energy

No carbs = low glycogen = higher cns fatigue = worse workouts = less muscle growth

True, but most people doing low carb are getting enough to restore their reserves or enough protein that the body coverts the excess to supplement. Though i do agree, I get better pumps on higher carb days

Early humans and ancient hominins literally ate carbohydrates. Do you think plants just suddenly fucking appeared?

Take like 30 minutes of your life to educate yourself on basic principles of biology.

Ketones are a thing, yes. They’re not an efficient source of energy like carbohydrates. They play a role. It’s more nuanced than “carbs are unneeded”

You’re small and you don’t train hard and you’re not going to progress very well without them if your goals are strength, size, performance. It’s not complicated
