If a lab does HPLC you can contact them to see if they can verify your peptides. They'd just compare to a reference profile

That COA does look legit. They're using an instrument that does that kind of testing. Looking at the bioviridians website it looks like the building itself is a probiotics manufacturing place and considering the instrument they used for that COA lines up with the type of lab it's used in and they likely do peptide purity tests as a sub-service

If the seller has a good chat history I'd lean more towards thinking they're legit
