Closer but essentially yea (I pay a little less on a 30mg kit). My understanding is it should have an effect for some time after running instead of being a constant monthly commitment. Like you my plan is for mots c after. I tried it first and I'd be fast asleep in an hour or two after taking (morning dosing so not ideal)

The ss31 seems to be doing something. Was feeling fatigued. Frequently like I was having to drag my legs around the gym. I'm 42 but definitely felt older. Naps were a must. Couple of weeks into ss31 and feeling a lot better. Could be correlation not causation though

Is 5mg daily a typical starting dose? I’ve read there’ve been studies that would do 40mg per dose 2-3x a week, but not sure what kind of research was being performed with that. What dose are you planning to start with MOTS-c?
