Well, no. AM for example you'd pin 10 IU of lantus Sub Q and 8 IU of GH IM, PM no slin since lantus is long acting

You don’t pre prescribe insulin doses, it depends on your insulin sensitivity and amount of carbs/calories in your diet

I would say I eat pretty healthy, I don’t track macros other than calories and protein and I get 2000-2200 calories and 150g of protein and try to eat enough fats
