“Is a recipe for” and “has actually been shown to cause” are not the same thing

Classic n=1 example but I’ll agree with you on the RHR and BP

Ofc it’s n=1, but there’s not a single study showing GH causes organ growth and GH is a HEAVILY studied peptide. I’ll agree the BB lifestyle can often lead to organ growth if not well managed, but it’s more than the GH

So here is the interesting thing about GHK-CU. What the peptide does is binds excess free copper that's already in your body. It operates on your bodies existing pathways, compared to other peptides that introduce foreign metabolic demands. So you aren't really overloading any receptors, or making them work harder, you are just helping the copper in your body bind better. This is why you can run it indefinitely if you want to.

That doesn’t change how the peptide works bro. Still raises IGF-1

I think we’re arguing the same point atp lol, I’m only talking about in the BB world where gear food and GH are all abused - contributing to growth across all organ systems More drugs typically leads to high BMI like you said - and larger organisms will inherently grow larger organs (as observed in many autopsies) So yeah GH isn’t the factor alone but it’s USUALLY the key that opens the door for many people to go from “classic” size to “open” size (outliers do exist obv but the AVERAGE person typically needs GH to reach that level of size)

Very true. Sounds like we’re talking past each other and largely agree :)

I mean, we're on kind of the same page. But you should follow these steps. Get your baseline igf-1 Take the recommended dose for replacement for your age. In this case 1iu. And get your igf-1 levels again. Use those two numbers to determine how HGH effects you and dose accordingly. It's not bro science. It's regular science. Like elementary science. Also, Post physique.

I don’t like to argue from a standpoint of “I AM right”, I got an open mind so I’d like to hear out the other side and then come to a conclusion where we can both learn something new
