OP
Did GLPs stop working for anyone? I’ve maxed out and no appetite suppression. It did work for like first two months. Reta does make a difference though but in recomposition and not weight loss

Define “stop working”. At the same dose, are you actually regaining weight, or did appetite suppression just weaken then stop being noticeable?

Because the latter is how GLPs work when you reach a certain weight. Thats what a maintainance dose is.
It’s not unending appetite suppression, but it’s also not wearing off. Think of each dose as setting a target weight. As you approach and reach that weight, appetite suppression becomes less significant and then stops.
If you somehow gain weight, appetite suppression would return until you get back to the target weight again,
If you need to go lower, you increase the dose to set a lower target.
This is the same way the body sets and maintains homeostatic weight, using endogenous GLP-1. The more endogenous GLP you makes and the more sensitive you are to it, the lower the weight your body wants to maintain is.

I'm on 1.5 mg a week of reta and it's fantastic. Gonna keep going til I hit 15% bf, then back off to 1 mg maintenance

Stopped working as in I can’t tell if i took it or not. How can i compare? I stopped taking all glps for a month and half to reset because it wasn’t working and felt like it would be dumb just to keep on taking it. After returning to it it would work as appetite suppressant for like two weeks and then rapidly decline and increasing doses didn’t really solve it. Source is good and my family member taking same vial and it works for them for months now

At this point increasing doses just increases sides. Also I am on testosterone if that makes any difference. I am not fat . Around 18% bf.

That’s not how GLPs work, they’re not a diet pill you build a tolerance to, take a break from to “rest the receptors”, then they start working again.
Long term 5 year+ trials of GLPs all show the same pattern. The pharma protocol for Zepbound or Wegovy are the same and effective. Take the same dose for x weeks until weight loss plateaus, then titrate up to higher dose, until weight loss plateaus, etc, repeat until goal weight is reached. Then stay at that dose or slightly reduce it for long term maintenance. 97% maintain the same weight for 4 years+ using the same maintenance dose the entire time. Side effects disappear with long term stable use.
“Plateaus” in this case means you don’t feel appetite suppression and weight stops dropping.
I don’t know what you mean by sides increase but appetite suppression doesn’t. Every GLP side effect I’ve experienced is directly related to eating too much. That’s a strong incentive to eat less

I tried 10 mg Reta and it had zero appetite suppression but I think it did some recomp effects but it made my resting hr elevated

Also after reset I tried 12 mg of Triz , marginal effects
That was the end of the thread
