I just get headache and shitty sleep

Am on this also only started a week ago and yes also getting a small headache later on in the day. Can’t say sleep is worse though and am also on tirz so still loosing weight

Not really, weight pretty stable. Tried 5 mg and up to 50 mg

5mg tab every morning and hard to say just yet to early maybe next week have a better idea
