I actually find I have less cravings and food noise on reta, but I have better stomach fullness on tirz, super random but I think the glucagon def pulls me off cravings mentally

The only thing that glucagon is there to do is help your body use fat more, crazy the things people tell me, for me tirz is better but after a huge break Reta has helped me lose 9kg in 4 weeks, the cravings are still there but my mentality has changed also

Glucagon alone is not responsible for that much more weight loss in trials through burning more fat, the weight loss difference between tirz and reta is far to big of a gap to be purely metabolic rate increase, it’s likely pulling people off food abit more as well, it is stimulating so it likely can be helping with noise abit

Increases RHR usually stimulate people to eat a little less as well, think caffiene ect

Yep it does, but it’s not burning so much fat that explains the trials weight loss gap imo

Because some people struggle when the tummy grumbles and some struggle with bored eating

This is the biggest "secret" of glucagon that surprises most people: it also acts directly on your brain to make you feel full.

but i was also right on this point - This is the part you are referring to, and it is absolutely real. Glucagon receptors on fat cells (adipocytes) and in the liver trigger a process called lipolysis.
