It’s not the standard in the US. There just happens to be large corporate labs. They ship samples between locations frequently. Same in Canada.
They will run whatever they can without LCMS. Cheaper and higher margins

A lot of them wont identify test values over 1500 etc

In Canada we do the same units nmols etc …
Most labs just have a units tab so you can see it in either
