Topical Tret, stupid amounts of glutathione and hygiene is really all ya got other than Accutane.

Body wash with salicylic acid, a clean cloth/silicone scrubber (not a gnarly puff that harbours bacteria) and those little oxy acne pads if you can get someone to put it on your back. My ex had it bad and this really helped.
