OP
I've mostly noticed that it helps with my alertness/focus. It feels like I took a very light dose of my ADHD meds. I wouldn't say it's lightened me up very much but I do find I'm not as dull looking as I usually am

Glutathione and cindella together have given me a lot of energy

That sounds promising for me. I have inattentive type ADHD, some days are like trudging through mud

Oh, it's literally a-lipoic acid. I think it's effective enough if I take it orally or do you find it's better injected?

Yes until using this combo that’s what life felt like. I’m just hoping that this will be a long term benefit

I inject it, haven’t tried to drink it yet. I used the cindella liquid as bac water for glutathione. Probably very dangerous

Mixing both gave me lots of energy. Glutathione on its own did nothing noticeable energy wise

I'm assuming my "lack" of results could be that since subq releases gluta slower into plasma that my body doesn't let the concentration get high enough to make a huge difference

Like it's metabolized quicker than it's released

Don’t know what the ph balance is of a peptide and acid mixed together. I still did it lol. I have one more ml to go
Moving forward I’ll inject them separately

Or mix them and inject it all straight away

I'm strongly considering going back to nac+glycine oral combo since apparently injected gluta doesn't penetrate cells and I'm more interested in the antioxidant aspect of it

But I'm also coming from a major injection fatigue perspective. I've been doing mega doses of ghkcu multiple pins a day for months and I am just tired lol

I think its a good idea to front load with injections then move to supplements

Like once a week dose then support with orals for the rest of the week?
