Does anyone know if BBA sells the real Adamax 1032da version?
This is a really great stack that’s not overpowering and should be sustainable for a long time.
I wouldn’t worry too much about the doses by weight.
Start low and give yourself room to titrate if needed. Don’t overshoot the doses too high and then have nowhere to go.
Lastly, get specific standardized extracts of each, not just a random bottle that says lions mane.
For example, I would want to get a lion’s mane pure fruiting body only which is nice and has broad benefits but isn’t very strong, combine it with an 8:1 extract, and one that’s very high in erinacine-a content.
It’s a bit of an investment up front, but in a couple of weeks when it builds up, it’s incredibly effective.
Same for Rhodiola, get a sample for different standardization, and pick one that works best for you.
There are some with high rosavin, some with high salidroside, and some with a balance between both. Know what works for you and use that.
have some Modafinil and Armodafinil on hand. 50 mgs of moda should be plenty for a beginner to asses.
25 of armodafinil to assess. Armo is for very long days and late nights.
